You know, good health, money, women, nice clothes, fast cars, fast computers, and loud stereos :) .
There is a specific order, you see. If you are in poor health, money can't fix that. If you have money, you can buy everything else on the list plus...

The most important person in my life probably doesn't even know that she is. :(

Or lefteyeguy could be a she as well.
But I'd say the most likely scenario would be just a joke.

I said that based on this post (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109190&highlight=diamond), basically. Pretty legit, and *he* (allegedly, still. :cheesygri ) has been helpful on a lot of threads regarding picking diamonds and engagement rings.
Unless girls are proposing to guys these days. Hmm...

Mystery is solved. ;)
Though anyone could tell that poll was not "Are you happy or not". So it's logical why we'd be condused.

Just wondering, if say the girl decides not to marry at the last minute (which I heard happens pretty often), does she get to keep the ring? :D

They usually run away with it. :D Actually, I've known of TWO cases from a friend, and also a friend of my friend. (both victims were guys)
Case 1. Girl moved out on the guy few months after he proposed. She simply disappeared one day, "Without a Trace" style, other than a note saying it's game over. Friend never heard from her, ever again. Needless to say, the ring and many others stuff that they shared went with the girl
Case 2. Friend's friend cheated. Girl found out. She dumped the guy by Lake Ontario. And the ring went for a swim in Lake Ontario too. It's probably ended up in some fish's stomach. Also probably the most regrettable decision of the girl's... not for dumping the guy though.
So you be the judge. Once it's on the girl's hand, I'd say a lost cost. ;)

I think the diamond ring would be the least of my worries...way too many other cost/deposits for the wedding that we have already committed.
