My sister ordered some clothes from the USA, which were unfortunately delivered by UPS and when the driver came, I had to pay for the brokerage fee ($45  ) and I gave the driver my credit card number and signed for everything. But now 2 months later, my sister received a letter today from "D&B RMS Canada" which says she did not pay and by next Friday, they will "continue additional collection activities" if payment is not received. How would you guys recommend us approaching this situation :( ?
