Well,

I cashed in my yearly change and have $176.50 to spend. Im debating to just get one big thing or a bunch of little things like last year from my "want" list. Im gonna list them here. Sure this may show Im not a fun guy like I used to be, but being a father of three, this is the only time of year I can really splurge on myself.

- 4 dvds (Movie Gallery 4 for 2 - Blade Trinity)
- Lockable wheel bolts
- MP3 player
- Bike tool set
- Outback hat
- Sunglasses
- Metal weights (.69 cents/pound - Fitness Depot)
- Essential SRV
- Red canvas shoes
- SRV - Live at Montreux
- Aerosmith - Toxic Graffiti CD
- Simpsons Season 2, 3, 4 & 5 DVD
- Laptop snake light
- Headlight cover double mask
- Sandles

Theres the list. Im thinking a MP3 player, but a really good one would eat up most of it.

Go for the mp3 player. You don't really need any special bike tools. Get a nice cheap multitool at MEC for all those quickies. Unless you like to assemble bikes...

I'd say the weights and the 4 DVDs. I just bought some from FD too (4x10lb, 4x5lb, 4x2.5lb) along with the metal dumpbell bars, a book on weightlifting techniques, and some solid weights for my gf. Came under $100.

I actually only need some $25 lb plates. My old weights are too wide for my leg extension and can only put 50 lbs on them, With the thin ones I could get 100 or so

Ive been thinking that too, but any MP3 player I want is over the $170 mark. The Iriver is the only one under, buts its only 256 MB.

Material possessions will not bring happiness. You should donate the money to a good case.

I heard the 'Help hagbard foundation' is good if you want to donate money towards cancer research.
I also heard that the 'Help wanted reach his dream' foundation is a good way to help an innocent child save up enough money for his dream to have a Ferrari Enzo.

runamuck
