LF: 2 120mm, 1 80mm and 1 92mm SILENT FANS

Need to get a hold of the followings fans, where do you guys think i can get a good deal on em. Need em for my sonata 2 and sonata 1

2 120mm silents fans
1 80mm
1 92mm

would appreciate any adivce :) (need them in t.dot )

Thanks for the info but dont you think the antex stealth line CC offers would be a better deal :?: . The prices are a little cheaper and plus i would save on the shipping / handling . I dont know much about these fans so i really cant say much about how the antecs would match up to the nexus :confused:

The Vantec (not antec, not antex) stealths are not very good if you're looking for silent fans (they've got quite a bit of unwanted noise and vibration)... nexus are the ones you want. For comparisons check out silentpcreview.com.

Besides...they're not even that much more when compared to the stealths' pricing at CC.

Needless to say, go with the Nexus'... very good fans if silence is what you're after.

lol yes it is 5....vantec sucks....i had a stealth 80mm...replaced it with a panaflo 80mm....now its all good

true its an okay deal if you have other stuff to buy from them...

Genitech has the Arctic Cooling Arctic Fan 3 TC *SILENT* 80mm for $7.99...not the cheapest in canada...which is $5 each but a decent deal....It's a good deal for a great fan...if theres room for it.

You're going to have a pretty tough time tracking those specific ones down at regular pc parts shops in the GTA... most places only carry "premod" (aka poser gear) parts, and most of them are loud as all hell. Quiet fans are tough to find unless you can find somebody on a forum selling them locally....

Bigfoot Computers in downtown GTA carries SilenX fans, but they're even more expensive than nexus, and push probably less airflow than similarly priced panaflos.
