Anyone know of some cheap bus tours to Niagara falls from Toronto? The cheapest I have seen is $69 CDN and includes winery tour and maid of the mist among other things.

Go to them Chinese Tourist agencies like Safeway Tours or Jacco Tours. They are cheaper, but they are in chinese of course.
