Hope you don't think this is a thread crap, it's a serious question :o What makes these cards so expensive? I realise they are geared towards high end workstations, but what can they do that, say, an X800XL or similarly priced under $400 card can't do? Or for that matter, a 7800GTX for close to the same price (forgetting the AGP/PCI-E issue)
