One of the things I love about Toronto is the sheer number of Ethnoburbs - both urban and suburban. ("Ethnoburb" is a term that denotes a residential concentrations of a particular ethnic group)
So let's compile a list of ethnoburbs in the GTA area - There are tonnes to be listed really...
(Check out the GTA section in today's Star - there's a series on this phenomenon. There's even a map in today's Star on which communities are concentrated where! They focus on Chinese, South Asian, Jewish and Italian communities - if anyone could put up a JPEG of the map that would be sweet.)

Do Middle Eastern people have their "own" neighbourhood? T.O. has a large ME population but I'm not aware of a specific area.

Yonge St. in that area was closed off for the afternoon a couple weeks ago when Iran beat Bahrain in World Cup qualifying (soccer).

What's with the yellow (Chinese) section in the middle, on Steeles between Hwy. 400 and Bathurst? I've never heard of any Chinese people living there.
