What would the best way because I would like to design a logo from a drawn art.

Scan it then use a graphics program to fix it up.

Any tips to fix it up? What program is best (Paintshop Pro?)

scan the artwork, then use a program like adobe streamline (http://www.adobe.com/products/streamline/main.html) to convert the image into vectors. use illustrator or photoshop to clean up/add to the design.

I found the proper term, thanks, now I can google it up.

If anyone is interested, its "Scanning Line Art" and Streamline was the preferred choice.

Yeah basically just try different graphics programs and see which one you like best/suits you best. There are all kinds some much more powerful than others.

But all of them will accept a scan you make and let you change it in different ways. Again some more powerful than others.
