I got the hook UP for XC from RFD..and that was awesome-THANKS!!! Unfortunately, it doesn't work from my ROGERS cellphone OR my brothers Rogers cellie-the main reason we wanted it. We allready have 1000min in NA for $5 on landline...so it's useless for our landlines.
I'm in Ontario. I've asked 7 people all of whom are in Ontario and none of which get this 1-888-621-2903 test number to work from their cellphone?
I know only one person, in NS who's claimed him and his friend successfully got their numbers read-back? I'm thinking...does ROGERS use different network specs in different regions?
I've quadruple checked that my outgoing call display/ID is enabled (as it has been-since 2 years when I FIRST GOT this account), and I've asked Rogers CSR to reset it just in case...but still no go.
I called XC and they assured me my line was activated, and registered, as is my brother cellphone which is also on Rogers...but yet both of our cellphones don't work, it's been +five days.
I get "this number is not activated or verified" something to that effect.
I'm wondering if people using FIDO, BELL, TELUS would try this number and see if they get their correct cellnumber read back to them?
