8 mile wasn't good at all IMO. It's just eminem acting as himself so it's no big reach ;).

I change my vote to Adaptation.
Ingenious (well for most of it). A film within a film is a tough nut to crack and they accomplished it quite well here.
People should watch it. I can see why it's highly acclaimed afte watching it ;) ...
