Retrieving a file that was emptied from the recycle bin

My friend's dad just deleted his Palm contacts by accident. Is there any way to get the file he deleted and emptied from the recycle bin? His system is loaded with the dreadful Windows ME. Any help would be great thanks.

You need something like EZRecovery Pro.... it will find all sorts of files that may have been deleted, damaged, overwritten on a system.

Google it, find it or buy it, run it and Bob's your uncle.

I have used it on HDD's, and floppies many times..have recovered many important documents (thesis papers) for some of my users.
