I have no clue what's happening.
In a nutshell.
I use Outlook Express for my e-mail.
Every once in a while when I send out an e-mail ( i.e yesterday ) to certain people from my address book - a copy of that e-mail DOESNT show up in my SENT FOLDER as it should.
I double checked the system default to copy all e-mails to the SENT FOLDER via Tools/ Options / SEND / " save copy of e-mail.........." and it's enabled.
90% of my e-mails do get copied to the SENT FOLDER, but I'm stumped as to why certain other e-mails don't - and it happens whether I 'create a new message' or ' reply '.
Also, since the copy of the e-mail doesn't make it to the SENT FOLDER, I'm not sure if the e-mail makes it to the recipeint - although nothing gets bounced back to me - should i assume the e-mails got sent ?
Any troubleshooting suggestions or other sites that may have specific Microsoft / Outlook forums ?
