For an extra $30 this looks much nicer - nice catch KsprayDad.

The warrenty for the FutureShop one is 90 days as well however the RadioShack/TS one is a full year as well.

Well, for anyone considering getting in on this 'deal', you may want to think twice....

A quick Google came up with a bunch of very negative reviews on this unit. Probably the best source is the Amazon.com user reviews that can be found here. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/customer-reviews/B00009OLLN/ref=cm_cr_dp_2_1/002-2202948-7681631?%5Fencoding=UTF8&s=electronics) Problems with defective units, VERY poor customer service from Mintek, poor video quality when outputting to TV, poor battery life, weird software quirks, dying backlighting, and more....

And, a quick eBay search suggests you won't get your money back if you tried to sell there. Recent auctions had them going for anywhere between C$50 and C$130.
