You didn't mention that its for new amazon clients?

Does it mean that it works with current amazon clients?

When I searched for an item on amazon.ca, I see a link that says Buy from "New and Used"

I was wondering, are those like ebay Buy it Now Auctions? And if we buy from those, can we still use the coupon?

Not ebay, but they are private book sellers. A great link someone posted is pricenoia.com for amazon store comparisons, but for used/older/out-of-print books I usually look at:

www.powells.com
www.abe.com

Powells has free shipping to Canada (>$50USD) so factor that aswell.

If you click "Where to look" beside the client number field, a pop up screen appears and it says "Pay & Talk clients: Please use 0000001 as your client number".

When I entered mine, it didn't work either but the next screen says your account has to be in good standing as of June 1 2005. I don't have any airtime in my phone right now, so that's probably why it won't accept it.

FYI~

this months bill had the same promo but a new expiry date to signup for ur code: JULY 30 2005

once u get ur code u need to use it before AUG 30th 2005

not sure if its still the same promo extended or a new one..

Hey Guys
As a new Telus customer, I couldn't get a valid customer number to apply for my 10$ coupon. Emailed them, and they got back to me within a day with my coupon code. Worked perfectly even though I've been registered on Amazon for years (until now, I had never ordered a book though).
Just in case anybody was having the same problems as me....
