If a store has a POLICY, would you expect them to STAND by it and HONOR it?

Stores should honour their policies, but customers should be reasonable.

So if I buy some snow tires from Costco.. only to return them after the winter is over.. that's OK in your opinion?

The problem with people who abuse the policies in such a way (see A&P thread) is it makes stores cancel/make it more difficult for legitimate customers to make legitimate claims under their policy.

Ok, that example is stupid, unless Costco says you can return used tires?? Neways i'm not even going to bother talking about that.

Yes. moste definitely.
