I don't want to upgrade to XP. Does W2KPro support WPA? I have googled and found nothing except XP info. Anyone tried http://www.wirelesssecuritycorp.com/wsc/public/WPAAssistant.do ?

According to this (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=815485):

For wireless clients running Windows 2000 (or clients running Windows XP SP1 and using a wireless network adapter that does not support the Wireless Zero Configuration service), you must obtain and install a new WPA-compliant configuration tool from your wireless network adapter vendor.

So you have to install the software that came with your wireless network card for WPA support.

I had read that, but I couldn't find any W2K WPA drivers for my equipment.

I've tried it and wasn't able to get it working for my 15 min attempt switching my security to WPA. Probably will try again when I have free time...whatever free time is
