Yeah, it's really sad :(, but I hear that there's a good chance that she'll fully recover.

Without cutting any part of her boobs? I know for cancer, the best solution is cutting all infected parts.

There are many alternatives (radiation therapy etc). If it hasn't progessed much, they don't have to cut the infected parts.

Agree.
I would be concerned whether she LIVES.
I am a bit sensitive on this subject as I recently had a close relative die from cancer.

ya I hate seeing posts like these too, this is a serious matter, how would you like it if a loved one of your had breast cancer, and you heard people talking about her and saying things like "imagation (your) relative without her boobs! eww" or something along those lines.
Cancer is a very serious thing, and you shouldnt make light of the situation.
My regards to Kylie and I hope she gets better!
(BTW Montague, I too have had several family members with cancer I know how it feels))

Because I know it won't take her life if you read the news, and her boobs could be the major loss because of it.

Her cancer is on early stage, if you watched the TV news you would've known it. I had cancer 6 years ago, was also early stage, it was cut and I'm fine.

but hey, atleast she gets to live a longer life right? just cuz she looses her boobies doesnt mean shes dead either. I dont think its nice to have a thread name like "what a pity, imagine Kylie Minogue without her boobs" kinda sounds like if the only thing people care about her for is her boobs...like..really if thats all that matters, lets all just create genetically created women that are 90% boobies and 10% the rest of the parts.(sick tho, id never do that..lol)

Sorry about that, but I knew early stage cancer won't take her life, and her appperance is very important to her career. Anyway, sorry for the topic. I wasn't making fun of that, I was just concerned about her future career.

Who doesn't have cancer these days? Fact of life, technology with radiation and chemical in foods isn't exactly good for you.

Losing her boobs wouldn't make her less of a woman to me! She is a very sensuous woman with a lot of sex appeal - even without breasts.

Her best assets are her bum anyways. Besides, they caught it early and just took the lumps out right?

in any case, i would much rather lose a body part than my life.
recently two people i know have had treatments for breast cancer, one a very good friend.
the good thing, there is a very high recovery rate, especially if its caught early. treatments can be very hard on a person, i hope her and anyone else out there with cancer, all the best.

a serious question, those that need their breast removed, can they not just get a breast implant?

Guess we shouldn't make any "one lump or two?" or camel jokes?

...not to mention air and water pollution, medications, couch potato lifestyle, etc, etc, etc.
But don't tell that to the Cancer Industry - they're busy blowing billions (trillions?) on a doomed quest to find a cure. (Well, not exactly doomed - it does keep them all rolling in lucrative research kingdoms!)
No, the answer to cancer is prevention.
Problem is that preventiion requires major changes in how our society is run - changes that would take a serious bite out of transnational corporate profits. So, get used to cancer in your life and your family - it ain't goin' nowhere no time soon - but do keep this in mind next time those cancer vultures come knockin' at your door for another "research" donation... ( )
As for Kylie, I'm (embarassingly) a fan from way back - she's been a major cutie from downunder since like forever, and I can never seem to get her songs out of my head (yes, even before that one...) after I hear them. I hope she has a quick and complete recovery.
