There are many ways :)

The easiest one is to dig and scour your temp internet explorer folder at
local setting/temporary internet files/....

To make it easier on you, sort the folder by date and try to find the
appropriate files, usually with qt or mov extensions.

The second way is to capture it while it plays by using Windows Movie
Maker or any other software which usually come with video capture card,
or other stuff you find on the 'net ;)

I am sure there are other ways as well. :cheesygri

Would the same apply if you use an external player? For example, I use Real/Quicktime Alternative and Opera browser. Where would the cache be for this?
