Yeap, O2K should do ... http://www.microsoft.com/Office/previous/2000/sysreq2000.asp
OXP should do too ... http://www.microsoft.com/office/previous/xp/sysreqs.asp

I believe you can also use office xp for win98SE. I believe that win98SE is almost the same as WinME and WinME can handle office xp.

I can verify OF2K works on Win98SE, thats what's running on one of my older PC right now.

Office XP does work in 98 SE as it did in my older machine.

Anything BUT 2003.

Yup... only one that won't work is Office 2003.
