So, which would you pick, a 42" ED plasma (858x480) or Costco's 50" Samsung 5063W (1280x720p)?
Most of my tv watching will be good old analog cable, PS2 and Xbox. I might spring for Expressvu in a few months, but not right away. Since tvs are falling in price so fast, I figure a 2k EDTV plasma may be the way to go since it'll look nice in my bedroom whereas it's a tad difficult trying to fit a 50" RPTV in the bedroom...
