Upgrading a Laptop

I was thinking of upgrading my laptop, mainly HD space and RAM. For those of you who remember, I bought the $699 Dell Latitude 110L and I was wondering if anyone here knows how to or knows of a site that shows how to DIY.

The RAM looks kinda easy to install, but I'm not so sure about the hard drive.
