instead of using the mouse to scroll up and down , I sometimes use the arrow keys from my laptop keyboard to scroll , sometimes it dont work and im forced to use the mouse instead , what could be the problem :confused:

Im a chick so I dont know much about basic computers :cry:

You should get some of the young guys here to come over and help you out with your computer Montecore... :lol:

(they'll never know what hit them... but 30 seconds later they'll be all smiles... ;) )

Either the IE window isn't selected, or the appropriate frame isn't active/selected.

I just logged off and on my dial up and now my arrow scrolls work again :)

dialup login/off shouldn't have anything to do with it. You might have something in the background taking focus away.

anytime it happens , I reboot the system and the arrow scroll work , how else could I get it working :confused:

Single left click within the window you want to scroll.

Problem solved, resolving ticket.

actually you can also press Alt+Tab keys to select the window instead of using the mouse... cause if you left click the mouse, you might as well use the mosue scroll :lol:

When you call tech support, you get a "ticket" so if you call again, the rep knows the problem, what was done to fix it, etc, and you don't have to describe the problem again and repeat the fixes; so a "resolved ticket" is a fixed problem. It's also called a "closed ticket."
