Can someone tell me how to clean the fingerprints / oil smears off my laptop LCD screen? Someone always manages to point right on the screen when discussing websites and now my screen is dirty/oily.

For my CRT, I'd just wipe it with soap/water but I think the LCD is a bit more fragile...

Anyone have a solution/product recommendation?

Its been posted before, but water and a very soft cloth is good enough. Something like a baby washcloth.
Don't use Ammonia based cleaners

Thanks for the quick reply... I think those microfibre cloths and some water is the best .. I might try the Monster Screen Cleaner if I can find it at FS/BB ...

I got this cleaner from BestBuy, by Kensington (i think). It's usually at the front desk in the computers section. I think it $6 bucks or so, he also sold me a PSP, and i'm not talking about the one from Sony

I just use a cotton undershirt and water. Wet a part of the shirt, use that to wipe out the dirt and oil in small sections, then use a dry part to dry so it doesn't streak.

Water seems to streak even w/ a micro fiber cloth
