READ CAREFULLY
0) I have the BestBuy/FutureShop flyers early so I know what's coming on sale
1) Head to Staples NOW and purchase the following item FOR THE REGULAR RETAIL PRICE SHOWN.
2) Return to Staples FRIDAY, with BestBuy/FutureShop ad in hand to claim pricematch.
3) Do not try to PM this before the sale takes effect on FRIDAY! Follow the above directions!

Anyone pointing out that these pricematches are not available because the sale doesn't start 'till Friday will show themselves to be true RFD newbies worthy of ridicule.

Don't forget to use coupons if you have 'em!

Does anyone know how easy it is to refill this one, if there's a refill kit out there?

I'm pretty sure I saw this in-store at 180 at Stooples, they lowered the price to match BB.

Judging strictly on the print sesolution, yes. I don't know anything about this one.

Online is still 230. If you want this one, better act fast

does this come with starter toner too?

the info on their website mentioned about "For network connectivity, an optional external Ethernet or optional external 802.11b wireless print servers are available"

does the samsung ml-1740 has this feature too?

If you're looking for network connectivity, Brother does produce a model called 2040n or 2070n (not sure exact model number) which is probably the same printer but with a network card built in. About a month back they had it on sale at Staples for $229 or so down from a regular price of $299.

If you want a cheap networked printer right now that is what I would get but if you can wait then do so to see if it goes on sale later.

Well, I received both this and the Samsung. I really don't like this printer. The paper CURLS way too much. Plus, it won't print on custom envelopes properly.

Thanks for the post. Let's hope I get the deal on the Samsung or they'll both be going back.
