And I'm guessing he doesn't own an xbox, as MS also sent out letters to xbox owners.

Xbox owners...meaing users that use Live or sign up for the warranties they offer. There's no way the could've emailed every person who owns an Xbox....I've never gotten an email from them.

yeah, i was never contacted in any way or form, but i heard about it through the news and here, so i've have mine for a couple months at least
