Xbox console with the much sought after Samsung dvd drive (plays all backup discs! -r/+r/-rw/+rw)
modded with Xecuter 2.3b lite mod chip (Evolution-X dashboard)
hard drive upgraded to 40 GB (currently holds ~10-15 games)

2 wireless game controllers
High Definition component video cables (Xbox is extra sweet in high def!)
Microsoft Xbox Wireless Adapter (802.11g)--connect to wireless router to use Xbox as your media center (pics, movies, music, internet).
