You would be able to use a Rogers sim card in the Blackberry,
But you would still need to purchase a data plan inorder to have your e-mails redirected from MS Outlook or Outlook Express to your Blackberry.
I beleive Rogers plans start at $45.00 per month which includes data and voice.
