I bought Half Life 2 off of this guy, right in his thread he says it was never set up and that the Steam account would work:

This was a lie The activation code had already been used making the game worthless. After confronting him about this he said he would give me a refund, he agreed, but that was a month ago and everyday he keeps saying he can't meet for a refund or that he will send an EMT, but the email money transfer never comes. So I tried to get him to transfer his steam account to me, but he claims he couldn't figure it out and that steam never got back to him... lies lies and more lies. I am fed up with this guy so I phoned him at work and found out his real name is sean Hazlett and I googled him and found out he had been scamming other people as well please see:

So he was already banned from Howards forums. I would be very careful dealing with this guy.

Bought a mpx200 from him, he said it was working fine. i aksed him to be specific of the issues of it cause it was used. he said it was perfectly fine, and the reason he was sellin it was because he was movin to telus. so i bought it.

i recieved the phone, and i checked it out carefully. First off- 1. the battery life was 4 hours! he said it lasts a day. he lied.

2. the sd card slot WAS NOT WORKING.! HE SAID THE PHONE WAS FINE. i tried and tried, he said that he would cooperate in this matter and find a solution. i did a master reset. nothing!

3. then the phone did not receive calls. it would go straight to my answering machine. i changed the chip to my other phone, i recieved calls! phone was garbage.

4. phone was faulty as in it was super slow, he said it was nice and fast because " it has windows 2003, and i had to pay 50 bux for that . BLA BLA BLA!

so in the end, i asked him to refund me, he said he wouldnt. then he sent me an email saying that he sold me somethign used, and now it is my problem. ok fine, i trid askin him to refund me some money, was reluctant towards that solution. so whatever. i will now stick with the phone and make whatever i can with it. i cant sell it, because who wants a phoen with a battery lasting 4 hours. But i can say do not buy from:
