Highly evolved – the Darwin is much more than a simple laptop case! This pack ensures your laptop is secure yet accessible and also accommodates books, clothing, PDAs, and other necessities for the urban work and study environment.
A zipper below the shoulder straps provides direct access to your laptop, so you don’t have to burrow through cargo in the main compartment. The laptop compartment stops a couple of inches short of the pack bottom, to keep your ‘puter from slamming on the ground when you set down the pack.
Main body fabric is 420-denier Dynatec nylon; bottom and trim are rugged Cordura®.
Foam-padded shoulder straps feature attachment points for a cellphone case.
Low-profile webbing waistband.
Back is airy 3-D mesh, with thermo-moulded foam padding, channelled for increased breathability, and reinforced with a plastic sheet.
Twin zippered side pockets allow rapid access to small essentials.
Front mesh pocket holds wet or dry clothing, a bike helmet, or other bulky, light cargo.
Above the mesh pocket is a scallop-shaped pocket tailored to hold your personal CD-player.
Behind the mesh and CD-player pockets is an organizer pouch with holsters for cellphones, PDAs, etc., oversize pen pockets that will hold markers and highlighters, and a key clip.
