This store sells em. I bought 2 yesterday one for 3.5" HD (21$+tax) and one for 5.25" DVD/CD drive (23$+tax).

Working so far, so I'm happy

Does it use ac adapter? or just USB for power?

AFAIK, all 3.5" enclosures require AC adapter - USB ports don't provide enough power for desktop hard drives.
