I am looking for a cd player with MP3 support. Trying not to spend more than 100 dollars. The Sony Psyc Portable CD/MP3 Player (ZSYN7) is 129.99 at London Drugs and 179.99 at FS. I have a 50 GC at FS, so I could PM and get it for 79.99.

Has anyone tried the ZSYN7? Here's a link: London Drugs (http://www.londondrugs.com/Cultures/en-US/Product+Detail/Electronics.htm?CatalogNavigationBreadCrumbs=Elect ronics;Electronics;Personal%20Audio;CD%20Players;S ony%20Psyc%20Portable%20CD/MP3%20Player%20-%20ZSYN7%20-%20White&CS_Catalog=Electronics&CS_RootCategory=Electronics&CS_Category=CD%20Players&CS_ProductID=1156256&ProductTab=1)

If I do PM, would it be 79.99 or cheaper? Not sure how PM's work...

If you have this stereo, please tell me how it is. Does it read MP3's good? Lots of players seem to suck at reading the files.

Or if you have another suggestion, feel free to tell me.

Thanks!!

Have you considered/rejected DVD players?

It's a present for the GF, so it will be in her room, therefore a DVD wouldn't be the best because then you'd need to get some speakers on the side.

Costco is a good idea, except I don't have a membership there. Or do they let you do like a 1 day trial? Or is that just for looking and no buying?

Thanks.
