the email confirmation of the account they sent me just has the coupon attached at the end.. no mention of having the points added to my account within a certain period of time for simply signing up.

the coupon of course only works when you place an order..

I made an order from them the order day and it took 5 business days to receive the pictures... the site said 3 business day.. I only had like 20 - 4X6.

I redeemed the 1000 coupon but I'm sure if you make another order that you can re use that 1000 coupon again in store..

also got my 1000 points for picking up the pics.. i believe there is misscommunication on their website about getting 1000 for simply creating an account..and getting 1000 for picking up the pics..

they only give u 1000 for picking up the pics with the coupon.

the lady at my location ripped up the coupon after scanning it...under the directions of the managment i suppose(?)

I didn't even have to pay 33 cents. I just picked up my 10 free and gave coupon. The prints didn't come out very well. The reds are more on the purple side and the kid at the counter wouldn't believe the zero $ that was listed on the package.

Took ages for me to pick up my to free pics. Staffer found them quick enough but then had no clue what to do, where I was supposed to sign in the book, why it said 0.00 or what the points coupon was all about. Cash printed out with a recipt that had the SDM survey, he looked at it, crumpled it up and said "your points are there" without letting me have the receipt. I found the quality well below FS/snapfish..
