Is this chair comfortable?
nintendo

this chair is big and comfortable especially for the money. I have one :) the arm height is adjustable and so is the seat. You can also adjust the tilt of the chair. However, the cushioning seems a bit stiffer than my other office chair (which costed much more, so obviously there's a difference). But if you're used to sitting on a stool or a regular folding chair, you'll feel very comfortable with this one.

Thanks for the review. One last question: How is the lumbar support? Big and comfortable is good, but not if you sink into it.

I'm not familiar with the chair terms, but if you mean the spine area you can adjust the height of the back (up or down) to suit your curviture. I find the spine area good but I wish it was a little more curvy. It's nice however and feels good.
btw, assembly is required but it was easy :)
Here's a couple of pics I took so you guys can see.

Both me and my GF have global chairs... I have the intensive use chair, and she has a model simular to what you are looking at... I think for $100 its a good deal as her chair has lasted way longer than the one I bought at costco for more.. although when the costco one died, they gave me my money back, so you cant beat the warranty... I have heard others here saying the global chairs aren't that great but from what I have seen they seem to stand up well...

Do they also have this deal in-store? Seems like a good deal but I'd want to sit in it first. :)

hmmm the arm rests aren't long enough to be comfortable.
nintendo

actually although they appear short, the armrests are quite comfortable, and one of the best features about the chair. Maybe they still have some available at the store, but I'd call in first to double check availability.

ok it's strange, but the price no longer seems to be $150, it is now $129.
this is good, except for the fact that the coupon no longer works properly. it will work for me if i order two chairs and use two coupons, but not for one chair.

I picked one up at Bridgeport. It was the last box. The new price is weird, but it just means I only saved $30 and not $50, I guess.
I didn't really see any other chairs for $100 with the same amount of features. The closest thing to this chair I saw there had all the same features, but somewhat thicker/more textured cloth, and also a more curved back with better lumbar support (and it was more comfortable because of it), but it was like $250. So I thought this was worth it.
I assembled it in less than 10 minutes. So far so good.

Good looking chair. Not sure about the pastel bed sheets, though :)

Picked up a couple of the exact same chairs last year from staples ....
They are very good ..good back support and adjustable in almost every way.
But one bad thing about them...the plastic/foamy arm rests.....both my chairs have cracked armrests...they are cheaply made and crack easily...good thing i got the staples protection plan and they sent me replacements....not sure if its possible..but see if you can get the plan as its only like 12 per year ....it will definitely crack....

It's grey, but other colors in the same chair are twice the price at Staples.

It expired on April 12. Notice how the thread title says "Last Day!" and it was posted on April 12. :)
Now the chair's regular price has dropped from 150 to 130, but the code is gone.

I guess you gotta go look at your own local costco but the chair I saw there was going for $75 or so and had better padding and looked pretty solid. Don't know about the warrenty.
