If you're on the mailing list, you've already received your $5 and $10 off coupons. Unfortunately, you have to be on "the list" to get the coupons.
Yes, I have bought from them and have not had any problems with any of the iitems, including TV, VCR, DVD Player, and Crock-Pot.

I like the "semi-flat" TV.
Is this like being "semi pregnant"?

By semi-flat they most likely mean flat vertically, but not horizontally.

You get a one year warranty from the manufacteur, but I returned a DVD Player when the remote stopped working suddenly and they replaced the remote on the spot after 3 months
i didn't want to pay $2 for batteries

Beware of that s true flat tv by Phillips if the last three digits in the product number are 441. If I remember correctly, Phillips released a true flat 27" tv late last fall and the tv promptly died in about four months for alot of people. I'll try to find a link.

Phillips make low end TV's not much better quality than RCA.
Back in the 90's North American Phillips Ltd in Knoxville Tenn. used to buy the Toshiba picture tubes that failed Toshiba's quality control, but still worked, since Toshiba were right next door in Lebanon Tenn.

any1 thinking of going?
Was there at 2pm today, all I can say is MAYHEM! The whole store was filled with people, carts, and baby strollers all waiting in a line that snaked throughout the store. It was extremely difficult to navigate through the store. The front of the store was a mess. People who couldn't fit their TV's into their car just took it out of the box and dumped the box out by the entrance. Anyways, from what I could see most of their TV's were sold out. Unless they had a stash in the back, but I'm positive by the way things were looking, people would have harrassed the poor workers for more TV's if they had some.
