I don't think there's a minimum. I would send you 5c, but my question is, what's preventing you from using your bank account or credit card?

Why are people not linking their credit cards to their paypal accounts? It doesn't take very long to do. In fact, you can do it within a minute (they use phone verification now, instead of charging your credit card and waiting for it to appear before you are verified). it's only bank account that they still put 2 amounts for you to check statements after a few days to confirm.

No receiving fees on a personal account, but you can't take credit card payments.

yeah, figured the OP is using a personal account, or the 5 cents would be eaten up by the fees!
