If they are Built By ATI cards, ATI will RMA them with no receipts for up to 3 years. How they determine when the 3 years is up, I have no idea. I just RMA'd a 9500 Pro. I have no idea when the warranty is up, I bought the bare card off of a fellow RFD member, but it was DOA.

since they are OEM, it will be only 1 yr or no warranty at all...

I guess it's just better to say "No warranty" and if there is any, it's a bonus.

If the card has only been in production for less than 3 years, then you don't need a receipt. So without a receipt, the 9800 should have just under a year of warranty left...
Bump for a nice package.

_Early_ History? These were release released like just over 2 yrs ago (IIRC) or something and are still more than adequate for most games. Just because its not an X850 doesnt mean its old.... now the original radeon 32MB SDR would be early... (which, BTW, can actually still manage to run HL2... not well.. but it runs :P )

Hey redflagdeals, I started a poll to find out why no one is grabbing this great deal. Man, the whole package for $1100 is like $183/card?? ... and based on the poll you guys think that's too much? what gives?
Feedback welcome.
