im kinda outta idea now or just too busy studying for finals to be brainstorming about it

Edit the audio and do your put in your voice when the other guys have lines. Basically you gotta write your own response and make it funny...if you do it is gold...

I think a nice surprise picnic in a local park near her house would be great. You tell her to get ready and that we are going somewhere special, then you actually walk with her down the street to the local park and suprrise her with candlelight dinner under a nice tree. Make her favourite kinds of dish, and foods, and i'm sure she'll love you for thinking of that =)

-Add a little stuffed animal in it, since she likes birds ( i think thats what was said)

-Then add the hotel key that you have gotten earlier for a room for both of you but tape it on the bottom of the gift bag (where she wont look)

....THEN...go to the nearest mall and put that stuff in one of those dollar pay lockers and get your key

you could also fold a dozen origami roses for her, that's a really nice lasting gift. i still have the one my boyfriend gave me 5 years ago! :) this is a little bit harder though if you don't know any origami, but i'm sure you could look it up online!

my gf's dad and a relative that was visiting from england had their birthdays right around then too so they all celebrated at the same time
and all loved the cake i made for my gf

it is 2 layered
cream in the middle with sliced kiwi

A lot of malls have taken out their lockers as its a security threat. Perhaps sub the locker with a store where you know the operators, and ask her to pick up something for you?

How about decorating the room with petals, on the floor, leading to the bed, couch etc.

It's not about money. It's about the thought and the time and effort put into something. If you prepare something, it means more to that person, because it means you were actually thinking about them. You can do things that don't cost a lot of money that mean much more than a diamond pair of earrings... The diamond pair of earrings will give you more brownie points longer, but the thoughtfulness will be appreciated with something you didn't spend a lot of money on.
