IF you are being paid cash, you are wworking illegally becuz there is no offical record of ur employment, and you're not reporting any income tax...

That's not necessarily true. A lot of places hire 'contractors', which are treated as an expense to employers, rather than employees. Contractor's are required to report their own incomes. Cash is just a form of payment, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're working illegally. We both know that this is usually the case, but just being paid for your work in cash doesn't make it illegal.

Note that prostitution isn't illegal. It's solicitation for prostitution that's illegal.

news paper distribution and logistical technician.

How well does a logistical technician get paid? What do they actually do? Are they called logistican?

I've never really explored any occupations other than accounting, finance, computers.

The general pay is based in total distribution. The logistics aspect comes from developing, and exploiting open "routes" to the advantage of the contract provider, the more clients you bring to the contracting organizations the more income you will be provided. The working day is generally early, so you want to make sure you are an early bird, but a skilled experienced technician can have all their daily duties finished by noon and have the rest of the day to lay back and relax.

I had always thought logisticans keep track of inventory and supply flow in the factory/warehouse. I never knew about its nature.

I googled the keyboard but I couldn't find a site that explains what a logistican is. But I found this...

Just because you were ripped off once at a chinese store does not make this a trend.

Referee, Umpire, Timekeeper for most local team sports leagues pay cash as well.

I know it is not a full time job but if you can put up with parents or just plain A hole players it can be quite an attractive alternate source of income

That's not true man. There's many legal ways around our flawed Canadian tax system.

Like the poster above said you can be a contractor or it can come from a company's promotional fund. The company can write off the promotion, but the person who was paid with the promotional fund doesn't have to report it.

IF you are being paid cash, you are wworking illegally becuz there is no offical record of ur employment, and you're not reporting any income tax...

Most of those jobs, the salary is so low you don't pay much, if any income tax anyway.

More details about grass cutting?

When I was yonger, I went to the community centre near my place and got grass jobs through them. Senior citizens woudl call them I guess and then they would give me the job. I would deal with the seniors directly.

Or you can put up flyers at local supermarkets... or even just go house to house and ask if people need it done. Make sure you know if you're using your own equipment or using theirs though.

What other services can be offered:

Grass Cutting
Plant Fertilizing
Weed Removal
Window Washing

And what would a good price be? This can be a potential summer job for some friends and I, we can purchase a lawnmower, the supplies, etc.
