What Toronto websites should I look up? I was told my landlord is selling the house and I need to move in 3 weeks. I get free rent before that... :)
Looking for 2 bedroom place in a house or appartment complex for less than 1000/m.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you have been robbed. Landlord legally MUST give you 3 months notice. Anything less than negotiate for at least 1 1/2 months rent bonus. And do it on YOUR terms.
I hope you have not said yes already.
(rules apply in BC but based on most province landlord tenant rights)

I am not getting robbed and quite happy with their proposal. 3 weeks isn't all I am getting...

Anyways,
Thanks a lot to those who posted those websites!!

Remember not to sign a Form 300 until you sign the offer (form 100 or 101). Basically, dont sign anything.
