here are some reviews from other people:

3/5
This device would be a serious competitor in the field of mini-hard drive MP3 players, but for one serious fault: at least once a day, and for no apparent reason, it freezes up. Sometimes, a soft reset does the job, but other times, removal of the battery and a hard reset is required. File transfer works on both USB 2.0 amd 1.1, and is easy (compared to the review of similar products). Size and battery life would otherwise make this a highly recommended product.
