From personal experience, I don't know if you want to. :\
I have a chequing account with them right now, just because I've had a childs account or whatnot, and I turned 19 a few months ago. Now, I'm getting charged $3.95/month for 10 "convenience transactions" (atm, debit, transferring money between accts) and if I go over, every other transaction is something like $3 or something stupid like that. If you have a $1000 balance the fee is waived, but I haven't had it waived yet though and I've kept the balance a couple times so I'll have to go in there one day. I'm a person that hardly ever goes to tellers and I just use the atm machine or web banking, because whenever I seem to go, it takes forever. Anyway, I'm probably going to apply for pcfinancial soon, but they've recently cut back some of their advantages, so I'm not sure anymore. Time to go shopping for a new chequing account I suppose.

To waive the monthly charge with TD, the minimum balance must be met at the end of every single day of the month.

It's pcfinancial.ca. .com will bring you to a junk site.
