I didn't file my 2003 taxes because after doing some quick calculations I figured I was getting about 5$ back. I now need to file 2003 and 2004 because I am pretty sure I am going to owe some this year. I have Quicktax 2004 for this years, but how do I file last years? Can I just use the forms for this year or something? Any help/advice is appreciated.

Just do your taxes and hand them in. I just did 2001. Only thing you have to worry about is last years rules, if they are any different. If you did them wrong, they will correct you. If you owe, you owe, if you don't, you don't. No big deal.

you can use Quicktax 2003 to do a tax. or go here and get the pdf forms and print them out. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/formspubs/t1general/allyears-e.html

Like the previous poster said use the link he provided to print out the applicable forms.
ONLY use the forms applicable to the tax year your are completing your returns for.
You may have to pay interest but should not have to pay any penalties on the tax due for your 2003 income tax return.

Just to clarify what has been implied in the other posts, you can't use the 2004 forms or software to do your 2003 tax returns. You MUST use the 2003 forms, or your calculations will be off.

You can still do previous years online, they ask for your taxation year. They've already spent the time developing the previous years, you can bet they're capitalizing on the free revenue from past returns. I just did 2003 on ufile.ca, I'm sure the same is possible with QuickTaxWeb.ca or whatever it is. Netfile isn't a possibility anymore, but you'll get a filed out PDF file that you can print out and send in.
Then you can immediately start on the 2004 taxes, as you'll know your carry forward amounts from 2003. And you will be pretty close to your 2004 taxes, assuming CCRA makes no adjustments to your 2003 return.
