has it been past 30 days ?? y not just return it?if u only opened it to check the colour??? even if u lost the receipt u can still get in store credit?? :o

thanks for the tip. this is an exchanged item from the store. i bought a NEC two years ago, and sent back for repair last month. i still have extended service plan will cover up to sep 2, 2005.
