Unless he saw them a month ago and sat waiting until now to spring this nugget, I doubt it. He joined over a month ago.

Lucky stiff. I just saw a thing on the local news tonight about U2 wandering around town. Bono was talking to a bunch of people, and seemed very approachable and friendly.
