Not cause he is bald or anything, but because he has thin sensitive hair that would take wayy too much work to get it to his length and his style that he wants, meaning a longer style. Sometimes, some peoples hair just cant pull of certain lengths and styles, so theres the wig for men. Like Ashton Cushtor style. So say he wears a wig that looks so real, cant even tell and made of real hair. I have seen some mens wigs, that you cant even tell its fake.

Luckily I won't have to make that choice. MPB (male pattern baldness) does not run in my family and studies have all but concluded that it's heredity. But a question is a question, so my answer would be no. I've seen some bad wigs in my time, but it's true that science and techniques have evolved; and they're pretty convincing. We may have gene therapy where bad, recessive genes are replaced with good, and healthy ones, one day.

Men in my family have enormous shocks of hair into their 90's, so I'm not worried...but if I started to bald noticably, it's chrome dome time.

No they won't. Wigs these days are made out of REAL hair. Its really hard to tell unless you're a hairdresser, or you're a hair stalker.

Only if I was elected a member of British parliament. Or during a kinky sex game.

If the day my hair line becomes absolutely FUBAR, then I'll shave it all off. Definitely no wig.

A cap is better than a wig.
