I'm in the process of applying to several positions, and have recently been asked to undergo 2 pre-screening phone interviews (with 2 different companies). I know what questions to expect during an in-person interview, but I'm new to the pre-screening aspect of it.
What questions can I expect? Both positions are with well established pharmaceutical companies.
Any help is appreciated ;)

Give us a description of the job, title, responsibilites and so on.

Good luck on the interview. Phone interview IMHO are easier than a face to face.

just make sure u don't sound like u just woke up, be prompt and eager, show your ensusiasm, and don't talk to much (they're always trying to set traps), and always be positive.
