I just called the Scotia Travel center. Due to the Jetsgo problem, no one was available to help me book certain hotels.
The lady took my CC# and told me if no one calls me back within 24 hrs, they would credit my account with 2,500 reward points (equivalent to $25 when redeemed for travel, must be redeemed in chunks of 5,000 pts).
Had I known I would have called at 9 AM this morning!
