Usa and Canada US 1.9cents a minute by using local phone this is not a card.. but you need a us address to buy this service.. this is good one.. it is comming CAn 2.5 Cents per minute. they have toronot local access number this is just like onesute.com.. but onesuite is giving US 2.5 cent a minute.. . They will give 7.5 US dollar minutes free if you signup for 25 dollars.. so you will get 25 + 7.5 dollars talk time.. They have good cheaper rates to international calls.. .just check the website..
