hp1300 and Brother HL-5150D

I need another printer that will print for a dos based program. The one that I am using is the hp1300 but I find it really tough to find it in Edmonton (any suggestions?)I have checked futureshop, bestbuy, and staples and can't find it. The Brother® HL-5150D Laser Printer is available at Costco for only $399.99. Can anyone give their opinion about this printer?
Am also looking for any other suggestions for this printer type.

Any printer that is HP compatible should print in DOS, in your DOS application, just use HP Laserjet II as the printer driver.
