Recommendations for PCI FM Tuner Card

I need an FM radio Tuner Card, usually I see these bundled with a TV tuner card but FM is my primary focus. It needs to have a screw-on 'F' connector for an external FM antenna because I have an outdoor FM antenna which uses this type of connector.
